Please note: We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Products

Return Shipping

The return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to a damaged or faulty product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If you choose to cancel an order before it’s dispatched, no shipping fees will apply.
